We had a full slate of games in Farm League for Week 3.  On Monday, Sonoco Recycling beat Kiwanis 12-1 and Sonoco topped the Lions 9-4.  On Tuesday, the Lions bounced back with a 13-6 win over Palmetto Precision and Sonoco Recycling defended the DeLoach Cup with a 14-4 victory over Sonoco.

On Friday, Sonoco Recycling won their third game of the week and seventh overall with an 11-4 hard fought win over Palmetto Precision.   The win clinched the first half championship for Sonoco Recycling.

In Friday's second game, Zachary Pulling was the hero for Sonoco, blasting a walk off double to beat Kiwanis 8-7.

Farm League's first half season has three games remaining.  The Lions and Kiwanis will play on April 20, as will Palmetto Precision and Sonoco.  After a few days off for a Coker College softball tournament, the Lions and Sonoco Recycling will battle it out in the last game of the first half on April 27.
