Tryouts are set for February 1st at Byerly Park


Hartsville National Dixie Youth Baseball League Tryouts will be held at Byerly Park on Saturday, February 1st. Tryouts are for new players and players moving up to the next league.

Tryout times are as follows:

Farm (Ages 7-8) 9:30 – 10:30
Minor (9-10) 10:30 – 11:30
Major (11-12) 11:30 – 12:30

There is no tryout for Instructional League players (ages 5-6).

If you haven't signed up, it's not too late. Just bring a copy of your child's birth certificate & registration fee of $70, along with your child at the appropriate time for tryouts. Hope to see you there!

There's still time to sign up for Hartsville National Dixie Youth Baseball.
Our final two registration days will be January 24th (4-7pm) and January 25th (10am-2pm)

Registration will be held at Byerly Park's T.B.Thomas Center (701 West Washington Street).

2013 Minor League Recap


Our 2013 Minor League season saw Auman Law Firm take home the title.  Darlington Packing Company, The Masons, Coldwell-Banker (Deborah Gandy) and Sonoco all had great seasons.

2013 Majors Recap


At Hartsville National, we play Ozone for our Major League age group.  Ozone rules are similar to USSSA (travel ball) rules.  If you want to be prepared for the competitive travel ball tournaments, Hartsville National is the place to play.

In 2013, four teams battled for our Ozone championship.  In the end, Kiwanis took home the title.  

The other Ozone teams were:  Lions, Rotary and Saleeby & Cox.

2013 Farm League Recap


The 2013 Farm League season was a great at Hartsville National.  The season came down to a playoff between P&M and the first half champion, Pepsi.  In the end, Pennington & Meadows was able to take home the championship (in their inaugural season, no less).
